SNFClinic is designed to provide training, policies and procedures, assessments, care plans, job descriptions, employee evaluations and, an extensive library of CMS approved 2567 to Skilled Nursing Facilities and Assisted Living Communities.
Our software has been approved by The Ohio Department of Aging as one of only 13 approved "Quality Improvements Programs" for Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Care Consultants, LLC has been awarded CMP Grants in several States based upon providing improvements in resident care through an improved educational, compliance and informational communication system.
